Technical MeetingThe Annual Technical Meeting of the Academy is held each November at one of our state's fine institutions of higher education. The meeting provides a forum for presentation of scientific scholarship by students, faculty, and citizen scientists. The Academy's annual business meeting is held in conjunction with this event.

Fall Field MeetingField meetings take place each fall at one of the numerous ecologically diverse areas of our state. Typically held at a state park with a group campground, these weekend field meetings offer guided field trips and presentations by professionals in field biology. Field meetings are open to everyone; registration is required.
The 2026 Fall Field Meeting will be held on October 3rd at the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge. Check back soon for more details.
