ANNUAL TECHNICAL MEETING
The Annual Technical Meeting of the Academy is held each November at one of our state's fine institutions of higher education. The meeting provides a forum for presentation of scientific scholarship by students, faculty, and citizen scientists. The Academy's annual business meeting is held in conjunction with this event.
Technical Meeting Information
Registration for the 111th Annual Technical Meeting of the Academy is now open (see details below). This year's event will be held on Friday, November 4, 2022 at the Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences in Tulsa.
Attendees that wish to present a poster or oral presentation should complete the "Individual Registration" below. Information regarding poster and oral presentation criteria and student competition information can be found on the Collegiate Academy page.

Technical Meeting Registration
Instructions: Complete the following form to register for the Annual Technical Meeting of the Oklahoma Academy of Science. Registration is not complete until your electronic payment has been received. Contact Dr. Adam Ryburn (aryburn@okcu.edu) with questions regarding registration. To assure proper catering and program arrangements, online registration will end on Wednesday, October 19. Onsite registration for non-presenters will be available at the event.
If you prefer to register your attendees as one group instead of each participant registering individually, please contact Dr. Adam Ryburn (aryburn@okcu.edu). Any participant that is presenting a poster or oral presentation at the meeting, must register their presentation individually using the form below.
