2016 Fall Field Meeting Highlights

9/25/2016

Over 140 students and professionals attended the recent fall field meeting at Roman Nose State Park.  In addition to the well-organized field trips, we were treated to two great evening presentations.  Dr. Liz Bergey (OU) discussed Land Snails on Friday night, while on Saturday night Dr. Wyatt Hoback (OSU) presenting his research on the American Burying Beetle.
Not even a few thunderstorms could damper our spirits.  Folks are already looking forward to the Spring Field Meeting tentatively scheduled for March 31-April 2 (2017) at Robbers Cave State Park.
